Digital Product Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our products are digital in nature, and delivery occurs electronically upon purchase. Because of this, once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

We stand by the quality of our digital products and are committed to ensuring that all files are fully functional and accessible upon delivery. If you experience any technical issues accessing or using your product, we will gladly assist you to resolve them.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

Digital themes or templates (including BigCommerce themes)
Custom theme modifications or design files
Any other digital assets, downloads, or electronically delivered content

Once your purchase is completed and the files are sent or made available, you permanently retain access to those files. As digital products cannot be “returned,” we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after delivery.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in limited cases where:

A duplicate order was accidentally placed and verified.
A technical error on our system prevented delivery.
The delivered file is corrupted and cannot be repaired or replaced.

In these cases, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue or provide a replacement file before issuing a refund.

Proof of Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or via secure download link. Delivery records and confirmation emails serve as proof of delivery. If you did not receive your product, please contact us immediately so we can verify delivery status.

Unauthorized Distribution

All products are protected by copyright and intended for use only by the purchaser. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of any digital product is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
