Delivery
All products are delivered digitally, either immediately upon purchase or via email/download link. Once the digital product has been delivered, it is considered “received.” Please ensure your email address and download information are correct at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a product has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads except in limited cases such as duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing file access. In addition to digital products, Gordonbyte Themes LLC may offer custom development, theme customization, or technical support services. These services are billed separately and may be subject to additional terms or service agreements. Work begins only after a payment or deposit has been confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All digital products, including themes, graphics, code, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Gordonbyte Themes LLC and are protected under copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use

- Claiming any digital product or theme as your own work.
